Mrs. Poonam Jaju, an avid environmentalist, has been a director in various Dewan Group companies for over 30 years. Her capacity to adapt, lead and guide in New Technologies is remarkable. Her keen sense of understanding of the Hospitality industry has been instrumental in Dewan’s foray into Hospitality and tourism initiatives. She has also successfully explored new avenues in the field of Entertainment and Technology. She has been the driving force behind Dewan’s charitable and educational initiatives, not only in India but also in Vietnam. She currently heads Dewan’s Elephant Initiative “Elemantre” and continues to play an instrumental role in the management of the Dewaneshwar Hindu Temple. Over the years, her advice, soft skills and key insights have been invaluable to the growth of the Dewan Group. She brings with her a wealth of experience in Construction, People Management, a never ending passion for the environment and an unwavering belief in the Planet First philosophy of Solrenergy.
