SOLRENERGY’s “PURE” GREEN HYDROGEN (PGH)

HYDROGEN

Green hydrogen is made through a process known as electrolysis. Here, a device known as an electrolyser splits a compound into its constituent elements using an electric current. Most often this compound is water, which is divided into hydrogen and oxygen. If the electricity used comes from renewable sources, like wind and solar, the subsequent hydrogen is known as “green.” But Solar and Wind production still has no element of actively reducing the carbon footprint. Any energy produced that actively contributes to reducing the carbon footprint that goes on to produce Hydrogen is what we call “PURE” GREEN HYDROGEN or PGH. It’s a notch above all known green technologies available.

According to the International Energy Agency, less than 0.1% of hydrogen today is produced through water electrolysis. Thereby concluding that Most hydrogen produced today is from fossil fuels!!!

Analysts at BofA Securities think that by 2050, clean hydrogen could account for an estimated 22% of our energy needs, up from just 4% of the energy that hydrogen supplies today. But this would require massive amounts of additional renewable electricity generation. That’s where SOLRENERGY targets its PGH production. We hope to produce PGH within 3 years of operation.

PGH will power various need of the future:

  • Clean Electricity
  • Transportation of all kinds
  • Home & Industrial Heating
  • Nuclear Fusion Reactor Fuel
  • Powering the future dual mode transportation
