Water Collection

The SCT uses a cyclone effect to extract water from the humid air. The air funnelled into the Tower, where EVM proprietary techniques allow to extract water with high efficiency and a state of the art storage facility to contain what is like a river of water.

At least 120 million cubic meters of water generation per year, which equates to enough water for 300,000 people per annum. However this water can be used for quality crops under the Collector

Real-time analytics of the water allows us to ensure there are no contaminants in the water. As the air condenses, it releases vast amounts of latent heat, further increasing the air flow and hence the water yield.
